Will I get a refund?
If you need to cancel because of the COVID-19 outbreak the cancellation policy will depend on your booking platform you can find the details for each platform here:
Mydublinvacation: Updated 27th August
For bookings made before 1st September 2020: Please email email@example.com quoting your booking reference number to transfer to different dates.
For bookings made after 1st September 2020: mydublinvacation’s COVID-19 cancellation policy applies:
If the majority of your group is unable to make your trip for one of the following reasons:
- Governmental Travel Restrictions
- Needing to self isolate
- Cancelled flights (we would request documentation showing this)
You will be refunded in full.
If a small number (less than half) of your group need to cancel for any of the above reasons their share of the cost can be refunded.
