Your booking reference number is a 7 digit number starting with B eg.B1234567 it can be found on your booking confirmation email.

Will I get a refund?

If you need to cancel because of the COVID-19 outbreak the cancellation policy will depend on your booking platform you can find the details for each platform here:

For bookings made before 1st September 2020: Please email quoting your booking reference number to transfer to different dates.

For bookings made after 1st September 2020: mydublinvacation’s COVID-19 cancellation policy applies:

If the majority of your group is unable to make your trip for one of the following reasons:

  • Governmental Travel Restrictions
  • Needing to self isolate
  • Cancelled flights (we would request documentation showing this)

You will be refunded in full.

If a small number (less than half) of your group need to cancel for any of the above reasons their share of the cost can be refunded.

Please email quoting your booking reference number to arrange a refund.
