We all had an amazing time and the location was perfect! It was such a good fit for 16 people and had everything we needed, with a supermarket less that 5 minutes walk, and the centre of Dublin a 10 minute walk. Kevin was very welcoming and also contacted during the weekend to make sure everything was okay. I would 100% recommend for big groups that are looking for a great place to stay right in the centre of Dublin!

We were a group of 14, aged 24-30 years. All meeting up as a work reunion. Half of us from the UK and the other half from Dublin. Really convenient place, not too central but close enough to get in and out of town. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed. The kitchen, diner was very open planned, made it sociable and relaxed. This is a great property to pick.

10 of us stayed in this place for two nights. It was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, perfect temperature despite staying in November, fantastic location near airport and city centre. Kevin could not have been nicer or more obliging. Communication was easy and lock box made everything simple for our large group.

We were a group of 20 people and stayed two nights in this beautiful apartment. Kevin was very good advice, and welcomed us very well. The location is great for doing everything on foot in Dublin (tram stop nearby). Supermarkets at 20m. And do not forget to visit Ay Celt, the pub opposite in Talbot Street !! We’ll be back !

We were a group of 13 girls going to dublin for a hen do. The original accommodation had double booked us and Kevin managed to fit us in at last minute. We went quite dubious as to what the place would be like but as soon as we all walked in I received a round of applause from all the guests for finding this little gem. The place is lovely and comfortably fitted all of us in nicely. The location was great, just a stone throw away from st Stephens green park. The facilities and cleanliness was impeccable, but it was the small details that put this place above the rest. There were fresh scones and croissants with butter and jam, each room filled with a bottle of water, crisps and cookies. Also at the end of the trip we left our suitcases in the building as we had a late flight, unfortunately we locked a suitcase in the building when leaving and Kevin arranged for it to be shipped over as soon as he could. The whole weekend was amazing, but alot of it was down to how nice the accommodation was. I couldnt recommend this place enough for groups. Thank again Kevin!

You have been great to deal with from the start and have made the whole booking process really easy and reassuring. It was great that you could meet us on arrival to show us around and were on hand for any questions, and we also appreciated the late check out to allow us to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The damage deposit was repaid very quickly. The space is perfect for large groups and we made good use of the lounge area and huge dining table which seated us all comfortably. The house is furnished to a really high standard and we enjoyed picking our bedrooms, each with their own quirks, and finding lots of snacks left for us to enjoy! The little touches like having milk in the fridge and fresh bread on arrival made a real difference. The only things we would think of to improve our stay (and we really had to think hard!) were that we could have done with more tea towels and a draining board- things got a bit soggy trying to wash up after 10 people!

This appartment was amazing- everything we needed and more. Me and a group of friends were down for the horse racing- so convenient to the train station and the city centre. Appartment was clean, beds were so cosy and Kevin was a pleasure to deal with! Will definitely be rebooking if I’m ever back in Dublin!

Had an absolutely great time at the Talbot Coach House with a group of friends. Kevin was very accommodating and there were absolutely no problems whatsoever. The Coach House was clean and tidy and had a communal area both inside and outside that could fit all guest.

We have just stayed here for the weekend for my daughters hen, we all (16 of us) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is lovely, very clean and a good location. Kevin was a good host and allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out 👍🏻 We would definitely use this place again and highly recommend it! Thank you Kevin x

Our stay was great! Kevin, our host, was there to greet us the moment we arrived. The Coach House has a unique setup but ended up working out great for us! There are several rooms connected by an outdoor courtyard. With warm weather, the outdoor courtyard would be a great hang out location for a group/family! In the main living space there is a small kitchen and large dining table which is another great location to have the whole group together. Each individual room has their own lock, so when leaving for the day we locked up our rooms individually and went on our way. The main doors have two coded locks which was also convenient – we felt very safe! The location is AMAZING. The only time we really need a taxi was to and from the airport. All of the attractions on our itinerary were within walking distance. For the coffee lover – there is a cafe attached to the Coach House – can’t get any better than that! We ran in to two small issues, (more so about us not knowing how to work things), and Kevin responded immediately and helped us figure out both in a timely manner. We would recommend this Coach House to our family and friends traveling to Dublin in the future! Thank you Kevin!
